Eating fish maybe doing some good to teenagers’ brains, a new study suggests. Swedish researchers surveyed nearly 5,000 teenagers on food and lifestyle when they were 15 years old. When they were 18, they had an intelligence (智力) test. They found that those who eat fish more than once a week can score (得分) higher. The finding shows that fish may indeed be brain food. “This finding is important.” Aberg, the head of the team said.
